I love the whole process of moving house, from the moment I decide to sell to when I am sitting down and I am worn out on the first night in my new home. I can talk you through each step to make your move as stress free as possible. I have moved many times and one family member has moved fifteen times in twenty years. I am always the family go to, as well as clients I have supported through Your Space Freed.
WHERE I CAN HELP
It's all in the planning and I start as soon as I decide to move. You need to streamline your home and think about where you can store packed items that you do not want on show for the viewings and let's face it you do want lots of views. I can talk you through viewings, after all you know your home and the local area you can tell potential buyers all the great things on offer, No agent will have this inside information.
HOME STAGING
I can not stress enough if you stage your home to look the best it can possibly look it makes all the difference. After all this is the most expensive thing you will probably sell and you want as much money for it as you can get. Removing your personal items helps potential buyers to visualise their belongings and themselves living in your home. For me this is the exciting part it gives you the opportunity to declutter and streamline every room in your house which is a big help on moving day.
THE MOVE
Get quotes from removers at lease three and be honest with them of what you will be taking and do not forget the garden, garage and shed and loft. You do not need the stress of needing another truck on moving day if one is even available. If at all possible have family support on moving day or hire me. Having one coordinator is good so the removers know who to go to. There is so much more I can share with you.
