Clients may have full access to their personal data and consultation sessions on written request. Copies of notes will be emailed to your personal email account. If you think that your information is not accurate or is incomplete you can ask us to correct it.

You are entitled to ask for personal data to be deleted. If you believe your data is not being processed for the purposes for which it was collected, you have a right to object and should write to;

How is data stored?

This is the terms of service and conditions I work under.
Payment: Full payment is required at the end of a site visit or organising session.
Cancellations: The client and Your Space Freed have the right to postpone due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances. For other cancellations please give 48 hours notice. This will enable me to possibly support someone else and rearrange your session. There will be a cancellation charge of £40.00
Which will need to be paid before your next session takes place.
Health & Safety: It is your responsibility to inform us if you smoke and a session may be stopped if there is continual smoking while the session is in progress. If there is use of sharps or syringes this must be disclosed before the site visit. The same applies if your have dogs or other dangerous pets or if there is pest infestations. This must be disclosed before the site visit please.
If the house or business is known to be structurally unsafe you must disclose this prior to site visit. Lofts will need a safe and secure ladder with good lighting. We reserve the right to cease working if the area becomes unsafe to us or you.
I will not be able to move large items of furniture.
COVID moving forward. I have been fully vaccinated and will continue to have booster vaccinations.
At present I do not wear a mask unless you request me to or are poorly yourself. You do not have to wear a face covering in your own home I will leave this entirely to your discretion.
Please inform me if you have not been vaccinated, however this should not affect me working for you.
If you or your immediate family that you are in close contact with someone who has had Covid in the pass 14 days, please take a flow test to confirm your are clear before my visit.
Any other contagious illnesses you or any one close to you has or is recovering from please be kind enough to inform me before my visit.
Personal Safety: The clients name and address maybe made available to a family member of Your Space Freed, whilst I am on site. All information is kept strictly confidential, except for emergency situations.
Advice and recommendations: Is given in good faith. It is your decision whether to accept this guidance. Your Space Freed will accept no liability in the decisions you take.
Removal of your items: I do not carry a UK waste licence. Your rubbish and waste will need to be disposed of by you, through your household waste or your local recycling centre depending on size of items being disposed of and the amount of waste.
Your Space freed can recycle your items to a charity shop of your choice with your permission at the end of an organising/decluttering session. We can arrange your confidential waste to be disposed of though a local company.
Your Space Freed is insured and carries a full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Which is also required to be a verified member of APDO.
You should also carry sufficient content insurance.
Every care and attention will be taken by us when handling your belongings but we will not accept liability for any unforeseen breakages.
